Quotes & booking

Rates quoted are based on weight, dimensions, destination and service mode at the time of booking. Final charges may differ if actual weight or dimensions differ from what was declared.

Transit times

Delivery timelines shown on our website or quoted by our team are indicative. Actual transit depends on the carrier, route, weather, customs clearance (for international shipments) and other factors outside our control.

Prohibited items

You must not ship items prohibited by law or by the chosen carrier. We reserve the right to refuse shipments that violate carrier or customs regulations.

International shipments

Import duties and taxes in the destination country are typically payable by the receiver unless otherwise agreed. Accurate invoices and declared values are your responsibility.
